• Light of Christ Grades 1-2

• Parvuli Dei Grades 3-5

Get the appropriate booklet for your grade from the scout store.

• Complete the booklet with your scout (ensure it is signed by the parish priest), then submit it to Cub Master Crystal.

• Once all signatures are obtained, mail the application page along with a $10.00 check (a parent pin is available for an additional $4) made payable to "The Center for Catholic Education and Formation."

All applications must be submitted to The Center for Catholic Education & Formation by April 1 to qualify for that year's awards ceremony.
